We sourced the house on SE11 for a client who wanted a good capital investment but with good potential for rental yield. We managed every stage of the purchase process for our client. This was a 3 bedroom house that had not been updated for more than 30 years.
About The Project
We redesigned the internal layout, moved the kitchen to front of the house, added an additional toilet and 4th bedroom with en-suite shower. Our client requested a “Scandi” feel to the interior, so we were careful to choose appropriate colours, fittings and furniture to meet their needs.
